Toby Bresnahan is a multifaceted artist combining acoustic music, traditional Irish and Celtic influences, and film composition. With a deep connection to West Michigan’s music scene, his career spans live performances, music releases, film scoring, and multimedia production. He continues to engage audiences both locally and online, maintaining a strong presence in music festivals, livestream performances, and film projects.Bresnahan is primarily recognized as a West Michigan acoustic musician, performing across festivals, breweries, wineries, pubs, and prominent venues such as the Frauenthal Theater, Wealthy Theater, and The Intersection. He participates in Irish and Celtic festivals throughout the Midwest, performing traditional Irish and Celtic favorites, pub songs, jigs, reels, and select cover tunes. His instruments include voice, Irish bouzouki, Irish Whistles, acoustic guitar, and percussionHe describes himself simply as “just a bloke with a bouzouki,” highlighting his focus on authentic acoustic performance and traditional Irish and Celtic music.
He also maintains a YouTube channel, where he shares live performances and music videos, including collaborations with other artists
